This is one of three HD-90 towers that will be used as base to base, and base to
mobile repeater towers for Pennsylvania Power & Light (PP&L) across Potter, McKean
and Tioga counties in Pennsylvania's northern tier.

This completes the final phase of the tower project for PP&L. This tower site is
located in a very rural area, and required delivery by AN Wireless Co. in a 4x4 truck
due to the recent heavy rains which contributed to moderately deep mud.
